My Story

Who, Me?

I’m a dad of three, football coach and owner of Sportivos Limited I've always believed in giving 100% learning and creating a better future for my family.

I’ve coached football for more than 25 years across the UK, America and Malta, working with everyone from toddlers to professional players.

I launched Sportivos because I believe football should be about far more than winning or the elite promise. It is far more important to help children grow in confidence, make friends and develop skills that stay with them for life.

After experiencing burnout and the limitations of selling my limited time, I began learning how to build online products, offers and sales systems. Today, I use that experience to help coaches and business owners turn what their expertise into something that can create a bigger income and impact.

Career

My career has taken me from working with some of the biggest names in sport to running teams, managing projects and creating products of my own.

I’ve worked with children taking their first steps through to Premier League players and a World Cup winner. That range of experience taught me how to meet people where they are and communicate in a way that helps them move forward.
I’ve recruited and developed staff, managed budgets and delivered programmes across multiple locations. I understand the reality of taking an idea and making it work consistently in the real world.

I also independently published Ali B vs the Universe, selling more than 10,000 copies and reaching thousands of children through schools. It showed me what can happen when a strong idea is matched with the determination to see it through.

I now bring that mix of creativity, commercial experience and practical thinking to every project—spotting opportunities, solving problems and helping people turn their knowledge into something valuable.

Giving Back

“You can have everything in life you want if you help enough other people get what they want.” The older I get, the more I understand what that means.

Helping good people improve creates far more value than keeping everything I’ve learned to myself.

I know how difficult it can be to find your way without the right support. If my experience helps someone avoid a mistake or grow in confidence, then it has done something worthwhile.

Helping others also challenges me to question my thinking and explain my ideas more clearly. Often, their questions teach me as much as my answers teach them.

Ultimately, I want what I’ve learned—through both success and failure—to reach further than I ever could alone.

Personal Life

My family is the most important thing in my life, and my biggest challenge is becoming the best dad, husband and son I can be. When I realised I was giving more of my time and energy to other people’s children than my own, I knew something had to change.

Since then, I’ve been learning how to build a life that isn’t controlled by fixed hours, constant work and the need to keep trading time for money.

I haven’t escaped that trap completely, but I’m getting closer and I want to use what I learn to help other people create more freedom without sacrificing the relationships that matter most.
