I've dedicated my life to coaching. I worked in the USA with Manchester United Soccer Schools and Bobby Charlton Soccer Schools, led a club programme in Malta, and coached in professional academies. I have seen players go on to the Premier League, the Championship, the Football League, a World Cup winner, and even an Olympic champion, as well as thousands of children who found joy in the game. I did not complete my UEFA A, long story, and I am proud to hold the UEFA B Licence. I spent fifteen years inside the UK’s biggest children’s football franchise and learned what builds confidence and what burns coaches out.

Today I lead Sportivos. We help children build confidence, joy, social connection, and real football skill. I design practical courses for families and coaches, including Winning the 1vs1, Count on Sport, and the Core Four Challenge. Along the way I built TivoCloud, simple marketing software that lets coaches teach online. That shift freed me from living only on the pitch and it revitalised my coaching.

Now I am at a crossroads with a clear purpose. I want to help coaches launch and grow a football coaching business without the franchise trap and without the lonely stress of going solo. Our TiFO model shows coaches how to turn their passion into a career and leverage their social media audience to become a trusted global expert rather than only the local coach.

We are recruiting founding TiFO owners now and building the next wave of online courses that make genuine development simple at home and on the pitch. Here is to small wins and to the moment a child realises they can do it.
