Q: Do I own the work I create? A: Yes, you own the work product and content you create using our software.
We retain the rights to the software, as well as the images, sounds, and other creative elements we provide for use within the software. These are licensed to you in accordance with the End User Agreement. The works you create using these elements and our software are yours as between you and us.
We do not re-use, distribute, or commercialise your work. However, you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content you create or add to your work and that it does not violate the rights of third parties.
Q: Where can I watch some tutorials on TivoToons? A: Tutorials can be found in the TivoToons members area.
Q: What is TivoToons’ Image Policy? A: TivoToons membership includes proprietary rights to designs, graphics, and TivoToons videos created using our software.
As long as you are a TivoToons member, the images provided are royalty-free for use within the software. However, the pre-loaded components are not available for download or use outside of TivoToons.

Q: Can we work on one project at the same time? A: It is not advisable to work on the same project simultaneously to avoid saving errors. Note: Please close TivoToons on one device before opening it on another to prevent sync/save issues.
Q: Can I upload my videos to social media platforms? A: Yes, exported TivoToons videos can be uploaded to Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Q: Is there a mobile or tablet app for TivoToons? A: Currently, there is no mobile or tablet app for TivoToons.

Q: Can I upload video animations into TivoToons? A: TivoToons is not a video editing tool. If you want to include another video in your project, export your TivoToons video first and use a third-party video editor to combine your videos.
Q: How can I export my project? A: To export your completed project:
Go to the Export tab in the top-left corner of the TivoToons interface. Select your preferred export options, such as resolution, quality, and format. Q: Do you have video templates we can use? A: We encourage users to create unique concepts for their videos. Sample videos are available in the TivoToons members area to guide you through creating your projects.
Q: Can I import a video into TivoToons? A: At the moment, TivoToons does not support direct video importing.
As a workaround, you can:
Export your project. Use external video editing software to combine it with another video. Q: Can I upload and animate custom characters or images? A: While TivoToons supports importing custom images or characters, advanced animation is not available for imported images. You can apply basic panning and rotation movements.
We recommend using animated GIFs (under 1MB) for additional animation options within your project.
Q: Can I download TivoToons on multiple computers? A: Yes! You can download TivoToons on as many compatible devices as you like.
All projects are stored in the TivoToons cloud and linked to your individual account. Simply log in from any device to access your projects.
Note: Please close TivoToons on one device before opening it on another to prevent sync/save errors.
Q: Can I pay using a debit card? A: Yes, you can use a debit card by processing it as a credit card. However, final approval is subject to your card issuer’s policies. If your debit card payment is not approved, please try using a credit card instead.
